NGO “Sunny Child” is a non-profit organization whose main activity is intermediation in international adoptions and assistance to children in need. NGO “Sunny Child” is licensed by the Ministry of Justice - Central Authority of the Republic of Bulgaria under the Hague Convention on the Protection of Children and Cooperation in the Field of International Adoptions. The Hague Convention has been in force for Bulgaria since September 1, 2002.
